Cancellation Policy

Your retainer is non-refundable but transferable, and serves as liquidated damages. Cancellations within 30 days of your event date require full payment. You get one free date change with written notice at least 30 days before your original date, at least 2 proposed alternatives, and a final date that works for your booked vendors and us. Your retainer carries over. Additional postponements may involve extra fees at our discretion.
