Cancellation Policy

The retainer or the full amount, as specified at the time of booking, is non-refundable but transferable. You get one free date change with written notice at least 30 days before your original date, at least 2 proposed alternatives, and a final date that works for your booked vendors and us. Your retainer carries over. Date changes requested less than 30 days out, and any postponements beyond the first, may involve extra fees at our discretion.
